Growing
up, He-man came on at 7am. Not being a morning person(even
at that young age) I didn't want to get up. But at fifteen
till 7 I was up. Dressed for school and sitting with a bowl
of cereal in front of the tv, my eyes glued to the set. I
can remember my mom freaking because she was worried i would
miss the bus. But I was determined to stay until I saw the
last little bit of the cartoon.
Another
great memory was playing with all the action figures. I had(and
still have most of them) Snake Mountain, Castle Grayskull,
and lots of other playsets, vehcles, and figures. For hours,
I would spend in that room, creating huge wars and dire situations.
Sometimes my parents would even come in and check on me to
see if I was ok. Sometimes the wars got heated!
I'm
26 now, and by God I still enjoy watching a good He-man cartoon
over the cartoons of today anytime!
